Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing Raj Painting Service for your home and office painting needs in Pune! We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent in our cancellation and refund procedures. Please review the following policy carefully.

1. Cancellation by the Customer:

• Forfeiture of Booking Amount: If you decide to cancel your painting service after the initial booking and payment of the booking amount, this amount is non-refundable. This booking amount secures your project in our schedule and covers initial administrative costs and preparations.
• Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before Project Start Date: If you cancel your project more than seven (7) calendar days before the agreed-upon start date, you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the non-refundable booking amount.
• Cancellation Within 7 Days of Project Start Date: If you cancel your project within seven (7) calendar days of the agreed-upon start date, you may be subject to an additional cancellation fee. This fee will be determined based on the extent of preparations already undertaken for your project, including material procurement and scheduling adjustments. The maximum cancellation fee will not exceed 20% of the total project cost (excluding the non-refundable booking amount). We will communicate the specific cancellation fee to you upon notification of your cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Raj Painting Service:

• Raj Painting Service reserves the right to cancel a project under unforeseen circumstances, such as:
  
  • Severe weather conditions making it unsafe or impractical to proceed.
  • Unavailability of essential personnel or materials due to reasons beyond our reasonable control.
  • Significant discrepancies in the initial assessment of the project that were not disclosed by the customer.
• In the event of cancellation by Raj Painting Service, we will make every effort to provide you with reasonable notice and will refund any payments made by you, including the initial booking amount. We may also offer to reschedule the service at no additional cost, subject to availability.

3. Refunds:

• Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
  
  • Cancellation by Raj Painting Service (as outlined above).
  • Significant deviations from the agreed-upon service that are directly attributable to Raj Painting Service and cannot be reasonably rectified.
• Refund Process: To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email to [email address removed], clearly stating the reason for the refund request and providing relevant supporting documentation (e.g., photos, communication records).
• Refund Evaluation: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it thoroughly and may contact you for further clarification. We aim to process refund requests within [Number] business days of receiving all necessary information.
